Returns & exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery; the issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product; and the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of medical and healthcare products, some items such as masks, gloves, diapers, hygiene products, disposable items, and personal-use medical products may not be returnable once opened or used.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be processed after verification by our team.
